As a facilitator, educator, presenter, course designer, researcher, artist, writer and counselor, with 20 plus years of experience, Suzanne has worked with small groups, large groups, individuals, and couples, helping them discover whatever it is they need, inside and outside of themselves, to find a way to be in the world which brings them more joy, contentment and good mental health.

Suzanne Aldis Routh creates safe spaces for people to explore their heart, their head, and their life. She has experience helping people believe in themselves and find the confidence to take steps to move toward their desired future.

Suzanne is a calm and engaging counselor and soft skills specialist who creates opportunities for individuals to explore: “Who am I” and “What do I/we want” and “How do I/we get there?”

She does this by listening well and asking useful questions. Suzanne has tools and skills which help clients reach solutions and find answers that work for them.

On top of western, intellect-driven trainings and experience, Suzanne has spent time in shamanic retreats, buddhist retreats, somatic retreats, holistic yoga retreats.

Suzanne has degrees in Social Science-University of Toronto (psychology, sociology, anthropology, history) and Fine Art-York University (drawing, painting, creative writing).
